Because they're made from non-porous ceramic materials, porcelain veneers will never become stained.
After you’re approved for veneers, you’ll come in for your initial appointment. Dr. Solovey will clean and numb your mouth, then gently remove a layer of enamel from each tooth that’s getting a veneer. This must be done to make room for your new veneers.
Once your teeth have been trimmed, Dr. Solovey will scan and take images of your teeth. These will be sent to our partner dental lab, where your veneers will be made. We’ll send you home with a set of temporary veneers to cover up your teeth.
Our dental lab partners will create a set of lifelike teeth that will match the shape, color, and size of your existing teeth. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for your veneers to be built and sent back to Smileform Dentistry.
When your veneers are done, you’ll come back for your last appointment. Dr. Solovey will remove your temporary veneers. Then, she will check the fit of each of your permanent veneers, and attach them to your teeth one by one. Finally, you’ll be sent home to enjoy your new smile.
Our lab-made veneers are made from highly durable porcelain materials. Each veneer is custom-crafted to provide you with a picture-perfect smile that still looks natural. Dr. Solovey will work closely with you while designing your smile to make sure that you love your results.
Your new smile will look and feel completely natural, and will be built to last. Porcelain veneers have a lifespan of 10-20 years or longer with proper care. Take good care of your new teeth, and you’ll be able to smile proudly for years to come.

If your mouth is healthy but you are unhappy with the appearance of your smile, veneers may be a good option for you. Veneers can be used to treat almost any aesthetic issue, from deep stains and minor chips to gaps in your smile, uneven teeth, and more.
The best way to find out if veneers are right for you is to schedule a consultation with Dr. Solovey at Smileform Dentistry. She can examine your mouth, discuss all of your options for cosmetic dentistry in Newtown Square, and help you choose the right treatment for your particular needs.
No. Unlike some other cosmetic treatments, veneers are not considered to be reversible. This is because a thin layer of natural enamel is removed during the preparation process. This must be done to make sure your veneers fit into your mouth and don’t affect your bite.
